*Indication: sciatica, relieves muscle pain, back pain, numbness on feet/hands, relax nervous system, joint, tendon & spine stress. Usage: adults take 2 capsules twice a day after meal with warm water for the first 2-4 weeks depending on your condition. Stop using this product if it does not work as intended after 5 days. Do NOT use alcohol while using this product. Decrease the dose to 2 or 1 capsules per day as you condition improves after 2-4 weeks. Continue reducing the dose to ONLY 3-7 capsules per week until you don’t need this product anymore.
