Round Belt Display

2 1/2 stars if I could. I purchased two belt displays. I don't mind spending extra as long as an item is high quality. I don't believe these displays are high quality. The spindles are solid wood, however the top and bottom are a composite materials; mdf like. The spindles fit very loosely prior to gluing, leading the structure to wobble and lean terribly. When the glue dries and you place the belts in the display, the structure is stiffer, however, I'm hesitant to move the item because I fear the structure will need to be Re-glued. Overall appearance is meh.If I saw these in a store, I would not have paid what the vendor is asking. I paid nearly $70 for two displays, whereas I feel the value is closer to $30-$40.

I actually thought I was ordering the one from Century Martial arts with the solid base and clear shell, but somehow I ended up ordering this one instead. The concept is cool, but it is really unstable. The holes are too big for the pegs and the glue that was included is garbage. I used my own wood glue and it is still wobbly. I'll probably get the other one at some point and just toss this one.

This was a waste of money. I should’ve believe the bad reviews I read.It’s rickety and unstable. Doesn’t stand straight and the poles are super looseI had to glue them in place but even with that the poles are slightly different lengths. The “wood” scratches super easy.

At first, I was hesitant to buy the product due to the reviews some customers provided. The product is made out of good quality materials. It is true that it wobbles, but the intention is for the user to assemble it and glue the connecting points. Once that is properly done the belt display is completely functional. It looks neat.

I thought the item was easy to assemble. I noticed the initial wobble that others had noted, but once the glue had set, it is pretty solid. The belts fit in easily, and it’s a nice display. Good value - I’m pleased with the purchase.

The dowels do not fit well and the whole thing is wobbly. If I glue it up it still wouldn't work well because the fit is so loose. The size of the thing is only appropriate for adult belts. It's way too big for kids' belts. For the high price I expected better workmanship

Nicely made and finished and easy to put together. My daughter displays her belts proudly in this. Was a bit wide for kids' belts so you have to allow them to unravel to fit the circular width but this was no problem for us.

a little shaky to put together and one of the posts was shorter than the others (which my husband fixed easily, just shouldn't have had to). my sons belts are in it now and that straightened the wobbliness out and it looks great. nice contemporary way to show off hard won accomplishments.
