First time purchase. And I love how it has worked this past week.

Always my go to digestive enzymes for every protein rich meal.

Version 3.0 of this product is superior and they are the best enzyme on the market, HOWEVER, they now have version 4.0 out and they CHANGED the FORMULA and theses enzymes are not the same. In addition they now added Vitamin D (why?). So every 3 pills have a total of 300 percent of vitamin D. "Most users" of this product use 6 pills a day, 2 in the morning, 2 around lunch time, and 2 pills after dinner. THATS about 1000% percent of Vitamin D a day. What were they thinking? NOT THE SAME!

I’ve been taking version 3.0 for a while now good quality. I had a subscription and the most recent came I'm disappointed. See my pictures and explanation below:Now version 4.0 has changed significantly. Smaller bottle crammed inside same 250 capsules (causing damage), added lemon scent/flavoring (not on ingredients and smells like artificial Cool Aid; what is it actually?), capsules partially filled (about 50% of them partially empty), now added D3 (no need most people take this in multi vitamin), removed some enzymes (see for yourself in 3.0 / 4.0 pictures, new description on label is now very much more vague (like thrown together last minute), and enzyme doses have decreased (likely to save money). Not a good move for an over priced product as is but this is ridiculous how quality control has declined. Definitely only buying supplements from GMP certified manufacturers from now on. Perfect example!! Who knows what’s really in these things now considering the poor quality. If they skimped here, who knows where else? Beware.

This is by far the best magnesium complex my mom and I have tried. Since taking it she’s seen great improvement in leg cramps and sleep. The only thing we wish the manufacturer would change is the amount of capsules in a bottle. It gets pricey and doesn’t even last a month.
