Would not buy again. Repeat readings on the same person at the same time or often somewhat inconsistent.

Battery (1) included unless it’s two 9vs together in 1 package but it came dead so now can’t use it when I need it until I go buy replacement battery

this is efficient and quick but this price is insane!!

Hard to use, not accurate.
Hard to use, not accurate. We use it on our infant son and it's hard to keep it in contact with his head because the angle has to be just right. And unless it makes constant contact, it always shows his temp at 96.7, which doesn't make sense.
