Easy to use!

Functional with elastic style hand wraps. A bit small in width across the breadth of an XL hand. Not so tight as to cut off circulation but tight enough that it could stand to be a smidge wider. Provides adequate padding for bag, mitt, paddle and punch shield work as well as light sparring drills and sessions. Would give a 4.5 if that was possible.

These thick gel pads work very well for me. Offset them toward the fingers as shown in the Amazon photo so your knuckles will be covered when you make a fist. I use 180" wraps with a traditional 3-layer wrap over the gel pads to keep them in place. Placed properly, you can wrap between fingers without any pinching while hitting the bag.
