For very short people only or very strong people
The plastic straps are so short even my 7 year old had difficulty using it. It caused me back pain as they are not only short but require a lot of strength to pull.

Great if you're a workout person.
This works pretty well but it sits in the room corner or under the bed because my mom bought this used it like 5 times then forgot about its existence just like every other work out item she buys.

Needs to be longer.
Good quality, color and what I expected to receive except it’s not as long as needed. Pretty short for 5’5” person to use. I have it away as a gift.

Yea they got my legs hurting its worth it and you use your body weight if you dont have regular weights especially if you on the heavy side like me so i cant wait to see what these arms start looking like
