Twice now, I have received green, satin ribbon rather than green burlap as purchased. Their satin ribbon has a upc code that indicates it is green burlap, and is stated as such on the packaging. I advised them of the labeling error and they still couldn't get it right. I live very remote, so a 60 mile round trip to drop off returns at a UPS pickup site is not something I enjoy doing. Don't order 3" green burlap ribbon from Mandala and get caught up in the same cycle I am in.

Decided to get some use out of the little strawberry baskets. This material is perfect to wrap it up, finished one but not same material...turned out cute really cute.This material is beautiful, very strong, definitely worth the $$$

I was supposed to receive two rolls of green burlap ribbon with this order, and I only received one roll. Unfortunately, I don’t see where I can email them or get in touch with them to correct this:/. The color is also quite a bit lighter than the picture shows in the listing.

Great color and delivered in a timely manner. I am making a wreath for a friend and had a hard time finding the right color blue. This turned out to be a great color and good quality ribbon.

Love this ribbon, nice quality. I have just finished using the black, great for floral bouquets and wreaths or wrapping gifts.

Once the ribbon was unwound to make a bow it was terrible. It was bunched up and twisted and hard to work with. It was rolled back up and put to the side. Discouraged.

I purchased the ribbon to wrap a child's Birthday gift. The dark brown ribbon is a perfect compliment to the Safari theme package wrapping.The ribbon was exactly as described. I'm glad I ordered it and would order again in the future.
