Great push walker toy and first ride on for hardwood floors!
We bought this for our 16 month, non walker last year for Christmas so she would have a ride on toy like her siblings. She used it a little bottle as a push walker, but mainly as a ride on. She has used it well this year. Her four year old brother is known to use it too but it is too slow for him really. We had another non walker over who used it as a push walker and absolutely loved it! We have hardwood floors throughout the house and this is perfect for learning to walk and as a first independent ride on toy. It is very sturdy! (There was a little protective cap that our little one could get off so we had to take it off as it was small and a possible choking hazard but did not affect the ride on in anyway, thus the four stars). This will be passed on to our niece when she is ready for it.

Great, but better for 1 yr and up in my opinion.
I bought this sturdy ride and push toy for my 1 year old for Christmas and he loves it. He can only really push it around since his feet don't touch the floor when his average body frame sits on it, but that'll change eventually. He does sit on it while I push it slowly right now. In general this isn't a "slow" toy though. The wheels are like bearings that move in every direction and it's very easy to push, making it a less than ideal toy for the unsteady tot learning to walk. With this toy being so fast and moving rather unpredictably, I believe it should be for children 1 year or older. I'm happy my son is growing into it and that he's interested in it though.

Best ride on toy!
This is the BEST ride on toy for little ones because it can turn in any direction! (360 degrees) Very safe and stable with the tripod design. Very east to ride and can even be used as a walker. It's lightweight yet sturdy. It has lasted, so far, through two of my daughters kids.

Love, love
Love, love, love it. My 12 month old received this, and his feet didn't quite reach the ground in order to ride it at first, but he enjoyed pushing it. At 13 months, his feet reach the ground now, and he can ride it decently. I expect him to be a pro at this bike independently by summer time. Works on carpet, wood, or outside. I foresee this bike being a staple toy in our family for years to come. I'd recommend it to any friend!

It moves very easily so if a kid puts any weight on it
This works well only if child can already balance on their own. We bought it as a therapy walker to help our son gain strength and to walk. It moves very easily so if a kid puts any weight on it, it'll move really fast. It's about 12 inches from seat to floor so only a taller baby/toddler can ride it.

Great bike
Found this bike at my mommy n me class we go to and my son seemed to like it. So I ordered one for the house and he really enjoys pushing it and even learned how to get on it. The speed does not adjust so it might a littlw too fast for those who dont walk yet but my 11 month old baby manages to push it wih falls here and there. Its kind of 2 in 1 bike. Love it!

OK, several design flaws
This toy is fairly fun for a small child to play on, but I do not believe it helps in teaching a child to walk. I believe it probably hinders the process. There is little stability and it is nearly impossible for a child that walks well to keep the toy going in a straight line. It is fine, but I would not buy again.
