I ordered this product as an anniversary gift for my parents. I ordered it on Oct 5, and asked by email if it was at all possible to get to my parents in Colorado by Oct 11. I got a quick reply, stating that the artist would do their best. Next day I got the pic of the boxed up gift saying it had been sent priority mail, and then my parents opened the gift on Oct 10! I though that was very generous of them to make sure it got to them in time.Also the quality is fantastic. The wording is exactly what I wanted and exactly where I put it. Looking back I wish I put the “1986” part lower on the clock so it’s not all squished in the top, but that was what I put ordered so that’s 100% my doing. Excellent quality and the best customer service. Worth every penny. Thank you for a great gift for the parents!!

It was a 5 years anniversary gift for my husband.I was pleasantly surprised when opened the box. The clock arrived in a beautiful gift box! The wood is of a good quality. I worried about how the picture will turn out ,it took me long to pick the right one, but all is great even kids were delighted to see themselves on the front of the clock ..It's a great gift for years to last!!It came quite quickly, on the fifth day after the order was made.if you are thinking about a great gift, this is what you need!

As you can see it come packaged to keep it safe so as it's a gift I left it that way. Still I could see how beautifully it turned out. They will love it.

We loved the clock It was beautiful except for 1 thing Wrong date on clock face Should have read8-18-2018 It read 8-08-2018 I cant find out if this was a mistake I made So I need to order another one with the correct date 8-18-2018. Please keep everything the same except the date It is a beautiful clockIf you can get this done and back to me by 8-18-2018 it would be greatly appreciated I know I will need to do a complete repurchased of this item and it cannot be returned If I need to go back to website to purchase this again please let me knowThank you very much Pansy Workman
