I ordered this product because of the reviews, honestly i usually buy these items from the dollar store which serve the purpose but are not long lasting good quality. So I decided to look on Amazon and came across this set. upon arrival I was really excited about the quality of the products. the towels are very absorbent which you don't find in kitchen towels at many places. I love the size and quality of them. The oven mitt is also geat, it fits comfortably and is soft and very heat resistant.the pot holders are also very well made the only issue I had was when washing the potholders they seemed to shrink up just a little bit, but they are still very nice. I bought these to use as part of kitchen staging in a house we're trying to sell, but did intend to use them later in my own kitchen. They *look* just fine, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the striped towels every day as they felt nice. But the pot holders were a lower quality and feel - a bit flimsy feeling. The mitt is okay but not super thick. I think I would also use a pot holder with the mitt if grabbing onto a really hot pan out of the oven.

I was just aiming to replace some of my grungy old kitchen stuff - potholders and mitts, mainly - when I found this set that included two towels. The price was better than buying everything separately and I like that it would all work together as a set. To be honest, I was expecting "functional." What I got was "terrific" - the quality of these items is much higher than I expected. I have a few potholders that are pretty thin but I didn't realize how bad they were until I opened these nice, thick ones. Even though they are thick and sturdy, they are pliable enough that I didn't struggle to use them (put them right to work last night making dinner). Moreover, they were really nicely packaged - attractively bound together with a white ribbon. The packaging included care instructions, product details and even a recipe card! I might order a few more of these to give as hostess gifts during the holidays!

It’s really hard to find just good basic kitchen towels and oven mitts that look nice, so when I saw these, I decided to give them a try. I didn’t want owls or cupcakes or any other silly thing on my towels, and this set looked like the quality you’d get in some of the expensive kitchen stores at the mall. The towels are nice and large, even after washing and drying them. I really give my kitchen towels a workout , and these stood up just fine. Good purchase, and it comes packaged so nicely that I'm thinking this would make a nice gift for the holidays too.

This set is a wonderful addition to my new kitchen. I liked the included instructions that advised to wash the towels and not use fabric softener (which I never use... the smell and residue are disgusting). The towels came came out fluffy and absorbent as described. The mitts and pot holders really work well. And the whole set looks great. I highly recommend this purchase.

Dish towels absorb the water, pot holders work well to remove hot pots; however the mitt is poorly designed. The mitt is too big around the thumb making it difficult to pick up pots and pans. Love the black and white which matches my kitchen.

If I bought each of these items separately at my local stores, of the same exact quality, they'd be worth $2-$4. I guess the extra $10-$20 charged here is for convenience? I thought the quality would be a bit better for $6 each.

Beautiful quality. Towels are a really nice, thick cotton, and the black and white weave is sharp and beautiful and look great in my black and white kitchen. Oven mitt and potholders are great, too. Very nicely made set. Would buy again and would recommend.
