Would they fit on a 2022 Yamaha VX cruiser?

Yes - these will fit on a 2022 VX cruiser

Do these have a mounting bracket for handle bars. I can't tell?

No. They bolt on the plastic of the waverunner. Very sturdy

Did these just increase in price?

They were $399.95 when I bought mine in August.

If I bought 2 sets of these can all four speakers connect to each other? Looks like 2 might not be loud enough for my 2 strokes...

I think two Bluetooth together- not sure about the four. I have them mounted on a 2016 Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO and they are decent. Cruising at 45 or 50 they sound good - over that, not so good. Hope this helps !
