WORKS GREAT!
I have been unable to take prescribed amounts of vitamin D3 as it causes me to have heart palpitations. However this extended release works perfectly without side effects.

Good for you!
This specific brand was recommended to me by my doctor along with other supplements. I'm not sure which is (or if all are) responsible for the change but I feel great and my blood sugar is way down. My blood pressure is down, I have more energy and I just keep re-ordering because Amazon has the BEST price.

Good nutrients but hard to swallow for me
The pills are large tablets and red in color. You can barely taste the resveratrol, otherwise there is no taste to the pills. I have always had a hard time taking pills, especially larger ones. These have sharper edges on top and bottom but are rounded on the sides. They are not capsules but tablets. Hard to tell how well they work as I do not feel any changes, but Vitamin D does not have any strong symptoms unless very deficient. I take them because my doctor says my levels are low and recommended taking D3 with Resveratrol. You can break them in half if that helps to swallow them. They probably could be put in a blender or coffee grinder to powderize them and put in a morning smoothie. I like how they come in a 5,000 IU dosage. Only need to take 1 per day.

Most effective for boosting serum D levels
I had low D levels for years and tried many supplements, including high-cost brands sold by my endocrinologist's office, and this was the supplement that finally worked. In the four years I have used it, my levels have been great. My overall health is better, and I no longer get the severe seasonal blues.

This is the best, most effective Vitamin D brand I have tried, and includes the added benefits of Resveratrol. I highly recommend this product for optimal digestive health, especially.
