Interesting yet a little confusing.
Original and Appealing story which was a bit confusing overall. It was a good story featuring Papyrus, Princess Theta-Cheri and Co.

History: fact AND fiction
This book appears to be number 17 in the complete series of Papyrus books. As before they depict a completely fictional set of characters interacting with historical figures and events, this time including what the real life Howard Carter found in 1922 when he opened up the tomb of Tutankhamun. There are maps of the chamber and what was found and the story depicts in a supernatural way what could have happened to get the physical results that were actually found by Carter. It is great fun and a great introduction to politics for the very young. It is nice to get some supernatural events that aren't scary or disturbing, indeed the humans from Papyrus's day are far more scary that then apparitions from the past. There is enough complexity here to keep my 9 year old daughter interested for years.
