What the cordless water flosser advantage over others?

The water flosser is the 2020 newest mode, It is 300ML water tank and USB rechargeable, portable and cordless water flosser. i prefer to this water flossing than waterpik.

is this ADA approved?

I do not believe it is ADA approved. There does not seem to be any mention of ADA approval on any of the Insmart descriptions. I am not endorsing WaterPik but it apparently is the first (and maybe the only) brand with ADA approval. I have the Insmart and from my experience I would recommend it.

How to contact seller?

I rate it 2.0 because it worked and cleaned my teeth and made it feel fresh like after a dental cleaning, BUT I was very disappointed when it suddenly stopped working. I have braces and a flosser was very helpful. The mode button to choose cleaning selections: pulse, normal, soft and DIY would not work. I tried recharging the Flosser with no success. It would come on and then turn off. A product that works for 5 months, is not good. And the return time was closed. I reached out to the seller with no response, hoping for a replacement or help. I do not recommend this product. Product and customer service was a disappointment.

I have crowns on several of my teeth, can I use this since I have crowns?

I have crowns also, it works great for me, for the price it's worth it, battery is good for 20+ usage
