Great tasting culture
I love this yogurt culture for my goat yogurt. I make at least 12 quarts each week and everyone loves it! I use my excalibur dehydrator on the lowest temperature, 90 degrees, overnight, with the lids off.But there is no way it makes 500 gallons. Just saying....

sweet and creamy culture that sets very well
And it is a significant volume for the price. We make our yogurt every week so this bottle will last a year. Kept in the big freezer, it sets up the same a year later. We really like the sweet creaminess of this culture. Sets 5 quarts in 4 hours. If you like it tart, culture longer.

Nice amount of strong culture; creamy thick yogurt with every batch!
I have tried different versions of ABY2C cultures. I raise dairy goats & Greek Yogurt is a staple food in my home. This culture is the best I’ve tried! The yogurt is so thick and creamy! The bottle has a large amount of culture. The culture gives consistent results with every batch. I keep it in my freezer. This large size bottle is worth every penny! Sincerely, Angela P.

Fool Proof
Been using this culture for the last 5 years - making 3 quarts every 10 days. Never has a batch fail. Keep in freezer. Makes the best natural sugar and additive-free yogurt you'll ever eat. All you need is this culture, some regular whole milk and a few cooking gizmos. Prep time for me is 22 minutes from start to putting in my incubator. Prep at 7:30 at night, transfer to fridge the next morning at 7:00 and ready to eat when I get home at 5 that evening.
