Terrific product. Extremely well built, the quality is obvious and while not inexpensive, it’s definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, the packaging is horrible. The first one I ordered arrived quite destroyed. Pieces of the box and particle board the reel was mounted to were all in a pile on my porch next to what a severely damaged reel. Amazon customer service was great, arranging pickup and a replacement arrived a few days later. Unfortunately in similar, not quite as damaged, but close condition. So.....this one will go back to. Very disappointed because the product seems great and I was look forward to using it. Seems like they’d figure out how to get it to you in one piece.

This is a good reel. Air hose is kind of thin and borderline cheap. I will probably have to replace it in a year or two by winding a new hose in the reel. The actual reel is not terrible. AC Cord is nice. The unit as a whole came all bent up due to poor packing. The packaging was terrible and since the reel was heavy, it destroyed the box as it hardly had any packing material inside. I sent in a request to return the unit and the people selling it to me made no effort to replace it for me.** UPDATE - 6/2020 - Just ordered my now 3rd reel and this time the reel was packed much better and protected during shipment. They figured out how to ship it safer. The reel works great and I'll probably continue to buy these reels for multiple properties.

Great product, works well.Showed up with pieces taped to the outside of the box because it wasn't properly packaged. One of the reels was bent and I had to put some rivets in it. Not a huge deal. Would be nice if I didn't have to mess with it after it showed up, I would build a plywood box like they do for transmissions so it doesn't get damaged in shipment.

I was excited to get this hose real and I quickly was disappointed. The swivel on the side barely spins and in doing so binds the hose up and unscrews itself. I have tried to work it out to no avail. It would be an awesome product if it worked the way it should. I should have returned it but life happened and I got to busy to repack and ship out.

Sturdy system, it handles all of my usage which consists of maintenance for my fleet of Vans, trucks, and trailers.

Great price.

Can't wait to put this to use in my new garage. Very solid construction!
