Jacket is excellent quality, very warm and sturdy. It feels high quality and heavy. It also is quite rigid at first however it will soften out and get comfier within a few wears.The jackets come fairly big, a size small fits me perfectly, and I'm quite tall (6 foot 2) and slim. Also important to note that the arms are quite long (perfect if you're taller).A small gripe to note also that the fleece blanket lining does NOT extend to the sleeves (only in the body) however the quilted lining is definitely warm enough.I've now owned the jacket for 5 months, and have no complaints whatsoever.

I am 5' 11" 32 - 34" waist and about 160 lbs and this jacket is a perfect fit. Not too tight, not too loose and all premium Carhartt awesomeness...The Detroit jacket has a long history and this most recent version is a slight variation on the older designs with the some minor improvements that I think are fantastic...Any Carhartt loyalist will love this jacket and any newcomer to Carhartt will not be disappointed !....You can't go wrong !

Ideal for spring/autumn, especially with a hoodie or fleece underneath. Is a fairly boxy fit so something does fit under. Comfortable and a good temp.

Warm and good quality fabric

Bought this for a light winter jacket. I'm 6"4 and usually wear a size XL, so that's what I bought. When it arrived, I found that the jacket was a relaxed fit and it did not fit at all, and nowhere did it say I was ordering a relaxed fit. There's tall sizes and regular sizes, of which I ordered regular. Way too much room in the jacket for me. If you're thinking of ordering this jacket, go a size down.

It might sound crazy but I bought this jacket for work and it it’s perfect for that with its super tough finish and warm blanket lining , I liked it so much as it’s a great looking jacket and the cut is great so I immediately bought a second one for smart casual wear as it meets both needs perfectlyThe fit is great in the XL plus long as I’m long in the body and as I’m in and out of my truck it never rides upA fantastic product Carhartt are the bestLooks great with Wranglers and Timberlands or my Carhartt bib and brace overalls!
