Histame, Food Intolerance Support, 30 Capsules (2 Pack)

Very good product that helps reduce symptoms when it's impossible to avoid all high histamine foods every day. I appreciate being able to get two bottles at a time b/c sometimes I need more than 1 bottle a month. Sometimes you need two caps a day, not just one.

Histame has helped me with some of my digestive problems. I'm also on the fodmap diet.

Pretty good, I have to take a lot of this, helps some, would help more if I was not so sick. Histamine Intolerant I see Histamine Block is supposed to be more powerful, I take this too sometimes, but I don't feel much difference.

If you have food sensitivities or histamine intolerance these will allow you some peace and fun eating!!
