Broken parts
I have purchased this two times. The frist order I placed a while ago came with no issues. The most recent order came with broken parts . Eye falls out and top of the latern comes off. Sometimes only one of the eyes light up,Its really nice when all works well.

Very cute !
I had to wait a long time to receive these. But I must admit that they were well worth waiting for !! They are smaller than my other Tiki people, but they are delightful, and very well made !! The price is good on them also. I would certainly buy them again . Great conversation piece and really neat looking at night !!!

Broke down quickly
I like how it looks. It's pretty cool, however quality is questionable. I bought 2 items. 1 broke down after 2 days of use and another one after 2 weeks. Really disappointed. I expected more for the price.

Great product and excellent customer service.
I purchased the Pair Chief and Warrior, the Chief unit was defective. I submitted request to support with requested info, the were very prompt to reply and replacement was sent out promptly. These days customer service is lacking in so many places, but not here, great product and excellent customer service. 5 stars!!!
