Q: Does it fray and shed when cut with scissors, or do the edges stay clean?

I use the felt for backing on my ceramic ornaments and coasters. I cut it with my Cricut Maker and the cuts are always clean and sharp, and there is no fraying. I imagine it would be the same if you use good sharp scissors.
