Dingle Dinners: From the Chefs of Ireland's #1 Foodie Town

I purchased this book for my Irish sister in law. I may have to get my own copy, the recipes look wonderful.

I love that there are dishes at different levels depending on skill, since I'm only just culinarily starting out. However, I'm blessed with two parents who are excellent at cooking, and we may have to fight for turns with this book, since there are recipes we'll ALL want to try--and the pictures, my GOSH the pictures are both helpful and *Gorgeous*! I love all the cocktails in the back, and I am FOR SURE going to try the baked chocolate bananas, the home-made pizza and the roasted duck with blood orange sauce. My dad is definitely going to try that version of baked cod with aioli, since his baked cod is almost perfection itself, and my mom will gravitate towards the prawn pasta with white wine and saffron sauce. I also live for anything pesto, and that Hearth-Roasted lamb leg with pesto is calling my name! Excuse me, I have to find a napkin, I'm drooling just writing this. Please pick it up! You won't be disappointed.
