Antico Molino Caputo Semola Di Grano Duro Rimacinata (Reground Semolina Flour) - Pack 8

I use this for pasta. Thos flour makes very smooth, non grainy noodles. I bought 16 lbs of this and now only make my own pasta using this flour. I would definitely order this again. It makes very firm, al dente pasta when mixed with eggs.

I used this to make pasta in my Phillips pasta maker.I am not so experienced in this but I will not try something else as I am more than satisfied with this.I hope I never have to buy boxed pasta again.

To make the best pizza there is no other flour to use. This is it. The best.
