So in an attempt to get away from all seed oils that are toxic, coconut oil is my go to for any high heat cooking. My daughter, however, hates the taste of coconut. The WHOLE container weighs as stated. If you tare the scale you are shorted 3oz of product!!! I had an old container of this empty, clean, used it on my scale to tare out... placed the new container of oil on the scale and it read 53.3. As a soap maker I try and source good quality oils at the lowest price to give my customers a break! This is STILL the cheapest (Bc free shipping) coconut oil I have found that is readily available without having to order it from a wholesaler. The second cheapest I have found is brambleberry, but again, add in shipping and its more. Regardless of the oil shortage (they should learn to tare their scales before filling with product!) I still highly recommend this oil. I have never had an issue with its performance, and you KNOW it's real if I'm not having issues because soap making is a very delicate science! No scams on validity here. It also makes a wonderful addition to my lotions, silky smooth texture. I hope this helps someone! I usually buy the larger container but decided I didn’t quite need that much for now. It’s still the same great performing coconut oil but in a container that fits more easily in my pantry.

I purchased this at least seven times I cook with this because it’s a lot healthier than any other oil because of its high heat durability. Noticed health benefits after using this. It has never leaked upon arrival and there is no taste at all since it is refined coconut oil. It’s organic and very simple to use. I keep it in the cabinet so I don’t care about its orange lid. Texture is normal coconut oil.
