Tell Manufacturing DT100056 Kick Plate, Aluminum, 6" x 34"

I like these kick plates. The aluminum looks good and they ware easy to install. Insert the 12 screws (included) into the pre drilled holes and installation is done.

This was a close enough match to our Kwikset handle set in their satin nickel finish. The finish is smooth and much nicer than another, more expensive kick plate sold on Amazon. That one had a yellowish tint where this one does not, and that’s one had more noticeable brush marks where this one does not.Bought this to replace a brass kick plate in the hard to find 6” x 34” rectangle size. This kick plate did not come with screws but I was able to find stainless steel #6 oval head screws at Lowe’s in a 12 pack that worked perfectly. The hole pattern in this kick plate matched well with holes in door.

These were bought for cheap door protection, if u want to make a statement, go with stainless steel!

We had a door that was rusting out at the bottom. What to do? Just installthis wonderful kick plate right over the bad spot and "Voila" a new door,probably good for at least another decade! Thanks for a great "FIX".

Worked as advertised and looks good, especially for the low price. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish it would come with the screws to fasten it in place.

Nice product overall but they need to include screws to install and not have so many screw holes drilled in the plate.4 would be plenty and there is 8-10.

Great value. Thin so a bit easy to bend. No screws included. A bit worried if durable.

This plate, which I ordered, came quickly, and was EXPERTLY packaged!I had been afraid that it might show up bent...Boy, did they package it well! It was in PERFECT condition.The price was excellent, also...I'm quite happy with it. And would would not hesitate to purchase another, if needed, from this vendor.Just make SURE you tape the unit exactly where you would like it positioned on your door, then predrill the holes EXACTLY in the center of the pre-punched holes, on the kick plate.I, personally, run the screws in, by hand (NO power driver) and tighten them just snuggly, so as NOT to "dimple" the material.

Item exactly as described. Note: the plate comes with no screws. You will need to go to local hardware store for those.

Thinner than I thought and does not come with screws which is unfortunate but will work for what I need.

Wasn't flimsy at all, perfect for a kick plate, nice and big too !

Was not used as a kick plate , but doing the job for what i intended
