This was perfect and just what I needed. I like that the product is very easy to assemble and light weight. The chair wasn't in the box with the sauna but I contacted the seller immediately, they gave me a very warm apology and 2 days later I received the chair. I really appreciate them for acting so quickly. The chair is similar to a folding lawn sports chair but not as big. You can replace it for a bigger chair if that is your preference but it worked well for me, I am 230lbs and 5'8".The sauna heats up really to 140 degrees and the footplate can be very hot as well but you can adjust the temperature on that to be lower than the sauna temperature. The timer goes up to 60 minutes. I normally place a towel in the chair so the metal on the chair doesn't burn me. Once I am in I just relax and enjoy my quiet time while I sweat out those toxins. There are zippers to put your hands through if you want to read or be on your phone and a pocket for the remote. I am pleased with this product and happy I invested in it.

Was excited to receive! There is NO instructions on how to use the remote! There are 2 small poles in the sauna but nowhere does it say anything about the poles! not in the instructions, contents or parts. If one is aware enough common sense would say they fit in the connections! The footpad get way to hot, if I turn down the temp, then the sauna gets cooler! I’ve only used once and have not decided if I’m gonna keep the sauna. I may return and look for a better option.Update: 3/17/21: I’ve now used this many times! The heat is good! I love the concept! Still can’t get the foot pad heat separate from the sauna heat. ! Also I’ve had to sew several of the seems because the seams keep coming apart! The company needs to make the seems a tighter stitch!! They come apart too easy! I’m past the window to return. I would strongly encourage to look at other options. I love the concept, but this is really cheaply made.

We recently downsized and moved to a much smaller house. Unfortunately, there is no room for the 2-person, Cedar sauna we owned, so we gave it away. My wife has Fibromyalgia and I suffer from severe Neuropathy in my extremities. It was suggested that we could both benefit from removal of inflammation and the toxins that may be contributing to our pain. Upon arrival of the unit, it was observed that almost no assembly was required. It took about 15 minutes for the unit to reach 135 degrees F. I ordered the Oversized Sauna because I am a 6-foot, 250 lb. man. The included folding chair is rated for 300 lbs. and somewhat comfortably accommodates me. There is plenty of leg room and shoulder room. The unit holds temperature very well when all openings are closed and the four separate far-infrared heating panels provide intense heat throughout the 30-minute cycle I set it for. There is also a heating pad at your feet but I find it too hot for my neuropathy. So far I am very impressed with this relatively inexpensive infrared sauna. The wife and I can’t use it simultaneously but for less that 10% of what we paid for our cedar sauna, it is an impressive accomplishment.

This little thing is amazing! I purchased it a little over a week ago and have been in love ever since. It set up in seconds (like a pop up tent) and the directions were easy to follow (actually don’t need them - it was that easy). I bought this to alleviate pain associated with Hashimoto’s and Lyme disease. This “hot box” (what we refer to it at our house) leeches the toxins out. I usually do a 30 minute session and I am dripping. I am not a big sweater, so this is huge for me. In typical saunas, I get lightheaded quickly. Not with this guy. I wear either a stocking cap or my shower cap while sitting in it to make it look even more ridiculous (just kidding - it makes you sweat more). I also take 2 activated charcoal pills about 30 minutes before hoping in to help all the bad stuff bind together and exit my body.After I am done, I immediately hop in the shower to rinse all the crud away. The pad on the bottom is removable and can be washed (gently).I unplug it after every session, just to be safe.It is not hot to the touch (inside or out) where you’d burn yourself.I am 5’10” with a 34” inseam and my knees brush the front, but not enough to bother me.I have already recommended this gem to so many people. It’s completely worth your money!

This even works when it’s cold. You just have to stay in it longer. I love it so much !!! It’s complete; ready to use. No need to purchase anything extra like heating bulbs. You can’t see them but it just heats up. My only complaint is the chair is uncomfortable and the design kinda makes you slump which can be hard on the back and neck but I still love it

I believe this one is a great value and works great and looks nice in my home. The only thing I am not loving is the bar that goes across the top after you've entered into the sauna. Other than that it is perfect for me!
