I dug a partial hole then used a sledge hammer to firmly place it into the ground. My soil was too compacted to only push it in the ground. However, my fence is beautiful! I love it!

Is it easy to cut the panel to fit certain area?

Yes you can cut them. It might throw the spacing of the verticals pickets off but it can be done.

It would appear the gaps between pickets is approximately 3.5”. Does anyone have practical experience that it keeps out rabbits?

We have deer and rabbits in our neighborhood it seems to keep the rabbits out and detour the deer

Do you have to screw on every picket, or just screw on the posts?

You just screw the picket units on to the posts. And, there are indents for placing each post, although you have to center them correctly in order to fit two ends on to each post.
