These are Great for Midfoot Arthritis!
I have midfoot arthritis in my right foot which has gotten worse in the last few years. I am scheduled to have fusion surgery in a few months, but in the meantime, walking has grown increasingly painful. I have tried every shoe and orthotic, some are better than others, but, surprisingly, these are the best. I have the Oofos flip flops but only wear them around the house. They help a lot, but I wouldn’t wear them out. the Oofos closed toe gym shoe didn’t work for me, they were too wide at the toe box and really not attractive. I saw these and they looked nice so I decided to take a chance. I don’t ordinarily wear clog type shoes and was worried that they would not stay on, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have medium to narrow width feet, so if your feet are wide these might not be the best for you, but for me, they are perfect. The arch support is great, just like my flip flops. They stay on and I can even drive in them (which I wasn’t sure I could do). Some reviewers suggested they get hot, but I live in a cooler climate, so that’s not a problem for me. I do wear them with socks when I go out. Ok, they aren’t the most beautiful and look a bit like slippers, but until I have my surgery, they make walking so much better! I hardly notice my foot at all. I’m so glad I bought them.

HONEST REVIEW. True to size opinion , Overall Life of shoe , Comfort levels, Sweat, Arch support.
HONEST REVIEW. I am a Chef of a large luxury Resort on a sprawling property. I work long hours on my feet all day. These shoes were purchased exactly 6 months ago and were a very comfortable change to the shoes I had before. Due to covid I have not been as busy As I normally would be but still putting in 10-12 hour days as I oversee 6 different outlets and must move between them on foot throughout the day. Non-Slip/Life of Shoe Although very comfortable, the non-slip function of the shoes wore out VERY quickly, probably lasted 3 1/2-4 months. Since I had not been so busy in production in the kitchen I have put off purchasing new shoes but now With even slightly wet floors its like walking on ice skates. I have previously owned the “Croc” name brand of these style shoes and can say the Croc brand non-slip/tread lasted much longer( 10mth) but were not as comfortable. Arch Support. These shoes have a great arch support that immediately gave needed knee and back relief (I am going on 40 and feeling it).. In the past 18 years of working in kitchens I have never owned any shoes with such dramatic arch support. Needless to say it took a bit of getting used but as mentioned after my feet adjusted in about a weeks time the benefits were amazing. With the flatter styled insoles on previous shoes My legs, knees and back would become very sore but with these much of that pain and fatigue was alleviated. Wet Socks/Breathability I can also appreciate the breathability of the shoes as they help to lower the amount of sweat generated due the the holes on the inside of the shoes. Downside to those holes is if it is wet on the floors, there is a spill in the kitchen or raining/puddles outside water WILL splash up and get into the shoes. Fit/True to size? Additionally, I have a slightly wider foot so these style shoes are great for me, my foot does not feel cramped or squeezed inside of this shoe. They fit almost like slippers, they are partially stable on your foot but with no back it is easy for them to slide off. For me I am not a fan of the shoes with laces and a back support for work since they always seem to rub too much and become uncomfortable. I regularly wear a size 9 shoe and I purchased a size 9 in these shoes. I would say they are true to size but did fit a bit more snug then the crocs I had before. The snug feeling fit may be due to the heavy arch support. If you are used to a flatter shoe with no arch support these will feel like a very dramatic change to what you are used to but after a few days you will feel the benefits of the added support. If you are looking for a quick fix, easy, cheap Amazon Prime shoe deal, I say go for it but know you will be replacing your shoes quickly.

Great!
Very comfortable with arch support. I call these my indoor shoes. Easy off and on. For me, I need more support for walking outdoors on uneven ground. These shoes replace my flat slippers which gave me zero support. I love them.

Plantar Fasciitis Fit with Quality Control Issues
First…I absolutely love the OOFOS brand as a sufferer of severe plantar fasciitis in both feet. They have been a life saver! I was eager to buy the clogs to add to my collection. However, it’s important to note that there are two major distinctions between the slides and the clogs for people with foot concerns. The OOFOS clogs are definitely not as squishy as the slides are, and the clogs have a pronounced arch support in them. They are definitely not as comfortable out of the box as the slides. Even with these differences I still wanted to give them a try. I figured there might be a short adjustment period, but it would be worth it. The left clog fit pretty well. It was the correct length and width. The arch support was placed correctly. Then, I put on the right clog. The right clog’s arch placement was off…its placement was more toward the front of the clog. It felt like it was molded incorrectly. I walked around my living room to acclimate my foot to this different style, but almost immediately I could feel the bottom of my foot getting aggravated. I decided (after researching on the OOFOS website) that it might be a production issue and requested an Amazon exchange. I was VERY surprised at my exchange…my original pair of OOFOS clogs came as two random clogs inside a white Amazon bag. The exchange came inside an OOFOS box…though carelessly rewrapped with clear packing tape…with an attached shoe tag, and foam inserts inside both shoes. I find it strange that the exact same shoe from the exact same Amazon retailer should be sent so differently. The exchange pair also felt a 1/2 size smaller than the original pair even though they were listed as the same shoe size. I could barely fit my feet inside the exchange pair. I’m not sure if this clog has a quality control issue. You might be better off buying directly from OOFOS or trying them on in a store to assure the correct fit. All in all the clogs would probably work OK if you don’t have major foot issues and don’t mind the stiffer footbed and pronounced arch support. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me.

Sturdy, great fit
I usually wear a women’s size 8.5, i found that size 8 fit me better than the 9.0. Awesome product especially if you’re an oofos sandal wearer.

Are these actually CORRECTIVE clogs? They have a huge painful arch in the shoe bed.
These shoes have an UNUSUALLY HIGH ARCH. If the bottom of your arch is what is hurting, this is pure torture. I had read Oofos were great for recovery, and my problem was either the tendons under my foot was overstrained, or the fasciatus under my foot was torn. The injured part of my foot is specifically the part which the high shoe arch is pushing up against - and it is pushing against the injured part of my foot HARD. The shoe bed appears to be intended to change how you walk, like hard orthotics. About 3 years ago under a doctor's advice had custom-made hard orthotics, and they were were a torture. I wish in the name it indicated these are (I believe) CORRECTIVE shoes, not recovery shoes. Recovery shoes are supposed to remove everything causing pain and inflamation. BTW I also purchased the OOFOS Men's OOmy Stride. Those ARE ACTUAL RECOVERY SHOES. There is no giant arch in them. I hoped these would be a clog version of the OOFOS Men's OOmy Stride. They are not. These are completely unusable for someone with a sore and inflamed lower arch.

Son muy cómodos, tengo los pies muy delicados y problemas de tendinitis crónica y me resultan lo más cómodo que he usado, tengo las descubiertas pero estos ni punto de comparación, me compraré otro par para el trabajo.
