The product worked exactly as it was supposed to, replaced the existing hose in the upper part. It took a little bit of time to remove the old cracked hose but works great.

fixed my steam cleaner
I have a rug doctor steam cleaner and it was not sucking up the water like it should. My husband then found that on of the little hoses had broke. I looked to see if replacement parts were available because I didn't want to buy a new one, and I found this hose set and it was exactly what I needed. Now my rug doctor works as good as new. Also received it sooner than expected.

Found the item expensive when all we needed was the 2 smaller parts to convert over, with duty and tax came to 140.00 Canadian. We did not need the 2 hoses, to bad the manufacturer didn’t think of this in the first place. Happy it was an easy fix and my machine is up and running again.
