Brother Renewed Computerized Sewing & Quilting Machine, White

I got this to replace a Brother PRW machine that quit after being abused. I've used a Janome HD3000 for the last few years, which is a great machine for heavy sewing, but it's mechanical. Mechanicals don't come with many bells or whistles. I'm loving the bells and whistles on this thing. I forgot how nice needle up/down, needle threader, speed control and the 100 different stitches were. I don't expect this machine to sew heavy denim or cordura. It's not designed to. My 8 yro is beginning to sew and she's having a ball on this. She's loving the speed control so it doesn't run away on her. I'm thinking about getting one for my 77 yro mother. She'd appreciate the needle threader. It's a remanufactured machine. It's my third refurbished machine & second refurbed Brother. Don't let 'refurbished' scare you. This is a fantastic price for a machine with these features.

My husband ordered this machine but I wanted another brand because it had more 4 more font options, this one only has 1 font. I initiated an exchange, upgraded to the other brand, in anticipation of sending this one back. Fortunately I did not send this one back until I got the other machine because this baby is a KEEPER. Beautiful stitches, perfect spacing on the fonts with the ability to make adjustments in spacing if necessary depending on fabric thickness. The decorative stitches are perfect each time. It has the extension table and many extras. I already have an embroidery machine but I really wanted something that would do small alphabets and numbers without having use the embroidery machine. This machine does an excellent job. I wish it had more font style options like the Singer BUT unlike the Singer, this machine does an excellent job whereas the more expensive brand had spacing issues, choppy, some letters were not uniform in size which drove me crazy though it may not bother everyone) For this price, (140 compared to 399 for the other brand) XR3340 is AMAZING. Super happy my husband made the mistake and ordered this one because the other one ended up being a disappointment (if the look and spacing of the alphabet and numbers are important to you). I love Brother machines. Also super easy to use and learn. Brother manuals are THE BEST too. If in doubt before you begin a project refer to your manual, you should have no issues with this awesome machine.

I am not qualified to speak too much on the machine because I am new to sewing and I saw this one at an affordable price and good for beginners, the machine works, if you follow the directions its not hard to use, its relatively easy, it has many features and functions well. Good value for the price, and I like it. I hope it lasts a long time and serves me well in this new journey.

It comes with many feet and accessories (and I'm a beginner, so that was a bit intimidating). It is a very cool machine! I appreciate the capabilities this has. It comes with a DVD which was very helpful to me. And I've watched lots of videos and read a number of articles about different stitches, hems, seams, etc. It's not hard to use at all. I wish they'd make one that can be connected to a PC by USB cable. This is a refurbished machine but the one I got looks absolutely new, and works perfectly. It was packaged in the box like a new machine and has no sign of ever being unpacked. The English language manual had some pages that were perfectly folded in half. I'm not sure it comes that way new, but it looked otherwise untouched. I waited until the machines came back down to a reasonable price and got this. Now the prices are back up. You could almost track the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak by tracking sewing machine (or bread-making ingredient) prices. The price I paid was under $150. For a machine as nice as this, I feel like I got a great deal. I still have much to learn, but I doubt I or my family will ever need another sewing machine.

Love this machine. Got it at a great price. It was refurbished. I couldn't tell physically that it was refurbished. Found some markings in the manual. Great machine. So quiet compared to my old machine. I've been cranking out masks like crazy.

This is the best all around sewing machine I have ever purchased and is at a good value. Must get if your a weekend sewer.

I’m so glad that I bought this Brother machine. I have an on line business making fabric journals so I use my sewing machine constantly. My previous Brother sewing machine was awesome but after 10 years of use it was starting to act funky. This sewing machine is factory renewed but it looked like it was brand new. It was sealed up & everything that was supposed to be included was delivered. It’s quiet, smooth & so easy to use! I absolutely love it & it was an incredible value! It’s by far one of my best purchases from Amazon.

OVERALL THIS MACHINE SEEMS TO BE ALL THEY SAY IT IS. SO FAR HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY. IS A VERY QUITE MACHINE. WELL WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY. DOES TAKE A LITTLE TIME TO CATCH ON TO HOW IT WORKS BUT NO DIFFERANT THAN ANY OTHER MACHINE. GREAT WARRANTY.

Tiene muchas puntadas y aunque solo he usado 15 las otras se ven de utilidad, sobre todo los ojales, la mesita que se adapta es perfecta para coser prendas de gran volumen y el compartimento para guardar utensilios es muy práctico. Lo único es que la reversa solo da puntadas en recto sin importar en la puntada que estes. Viene con una agujas para tejidos más comunes, unos prensatelas muy útiles y carretes para hilo. La que yo compre decía remanufacturada pero llevo usándola tres años y medio y no he visto problema alguno.

Hermosa máquina, no hay otra con la que se pueda comparar, llego en perfecto estado con todos sus accesorios, manual de instrucciones y disco, fácil de usar, incluso la máquina te da indicaciones hasta como colocar el hilo, estoy feliz con mi compra .

Love the adjustable speed. This is by far the best feature of this sewing machine. Also the machine was like new for a refurb. I doubt it was even a refurb ams more likely just overstock.

Les instructions sont uniquement en anglais et en espagnol, mais la machine était vraiment comme neuve. Au moment de commander, je n'avais pas remarquer qu'elle était remise à neuf, et je craignais qu'il ne manque des pièces. Aucune pièce manquante et je l'adore.
