It feels terribly unstable.
A big improvement over using the "bed table" that I received as a gift years ago that was not ergonomic. The arms are plastic and when extended and angled, the laptop feels very unsteady. It is an improvement, so I did not return it,, but please understand that the plastic folding arms and joints are unstable and not sturdy.

Nice product
Better than expected. When I first saw it in the box, it looked like cheap plastic. It actually feels like a light sturdy medal. I love the fan underneith to keep the laptop cool. Would definately recommend.

I MISSED TWO COMPONENTS 1. "PINS TO HOLD BOOK OR COMPUTER BETTER IN PLACE. A SECOND SMALL PLATFORM TO PLACE A MOUSE OR MY IPHONE.

Love it!
I’ve been using mine for over a month now and could not be happier with this purchase! I don’t have a home office, and now having to work from home, did not leave me much room to work with. However, this stand has decreased my neck pain tremendously. The only portion you need to “install” is if you want to use the mouse stand. If not, it comes ready to use. The fan works great too! Worth every penny.

I bought this item to use as a laptop stand when I wanted to work from my couch instead of my office. As a graphic designer, I thought the stand would help decrease the eye strain since my computer would be eye level and help with my carpel tunnel syndrome as I work. Unfortunately, I could never adjust the stand to a stable position and the item was so flimsy it wouldn't even hold the laptop. Please take this item off your platform. I wish I would've saved the dollars spent on this piece of junk and bought a more expensive item from an office supply store. . The 5 star reviews are misleading and probably false. So disappointed. The photo of that stand with the computer in it is misleading. I was also missing the small pad to my hold my phone.

It's adjustable to fit in your bed or laying down on the sofa
I'm not too mechanically inclined putting things together but somehow I manage by looking at the picture.
