For me this book is more a practical life style enrichment guide. I purchased the book when it was first offered in July 2020, and have been practicing the methods for the past two months. I have experienced trauma injuries to the spine, and find that each section of this book guides me into new awareness, and improved functionality. Used in conjunction with the author (Richard Haight’s) book “The Warriors Meditation” I have gained a state of calm that had previously eluded me in other meditation technics. A true life changer
What an amazing and extensive guide to incorporating meditation and awareness into our daily lives. The methods used here are so simple yet provide such incredible results and very quickly. The more you practice the more it grows and becomes natural. The cold shower is now a comfort to me and helps provide a lasting me talk clarity. I was amazed at how many of these practices I had unconsciously been doing over the last few years. This book allowed me to go within and discover how to not only consciously practice them but tie them all together to enhance each one. So many powerful, life changing methods that Richard ties into real life experiences that allows the reader to better associate with them. A magical read that will unlock the true self

Good Resource
Although I have practiced many of these technique before, there is some things In this book that I have not been exposed to. I enjoyed the way the author described these meditation techniques and how he put them together. Having this kind of training in one book is a great resource. Definitely worth purchasing.

Wonderful
I have had a chance to work with Richard personally and can tell you he is the genuine article. I have been doing some of the practices in this book since April. My life has been impacted so positively in so many ways by the combination of Richard’s Total Embodiment Method and the practices in this book.I have a difficult time imagining anyone putting into practice the methods in this book and not seeing marked improvements in their day to day life.

Good Practices
I've got crippling anxiety and a lot of the breathing techniques described in the book have become grounding strategies when I'm having panic or anxiety attacks.

Very useful and concrete meditation techniqueS
The ideas in this book really resonated with me. They seem like an extension of yoga, yet emphasis on certain aspects makes it very different. They really made a difference with me.I have incorporated several aspects of it in my daily routine. Vegas nerve going, primary sounds chant , and cold water shower were easy. Still lot more to go.

A Great Guide!
I was uncertain what I would find that in these pages. Some of these things I have been doing for years, some I discovered on my own, yet the Author managed to delve deeper and add elements of which I was previously unaware. Definitely a must read!

Must read.
This book, teaches and shows concepts that resonate with your inmost directives and laws. The principles are innately perceived through awareness of the ALL informing Isness that is us. I recommend this read to anyone who is serious about a loving relationship with universal consciousness. #wakeupHotep

Enlightening
This is a very clear and practical introduction to TEM practice. I have enjoyed this journey into the next level of meditation immensely.

A Book by a Western Samurai, that should not be ignored
Fascinating book, that teaches the reader how to strengthen the body and the mind, using techniques that the author has learned from the Japanese Samurai and is for the first time (as far as I know), being shared with us lucky folk in the West. I am 60 in October a year from now, and felt a little concerned about my deteriorating muscle wastage, however, using on of Richard's techniques from his book, unshakable awareness, my physical prowess has returned. In addition, there are two other exercises, which Richard Haight talks carefully about, regarding cold water in particular as a mental and body strengthening exercise. He goes into detail here, not so much as to bore the reader, but to nurture and protect help them, so as not to make them endure an injury of any sort. I have personally written to the author and find him friendly, approachable and supportive

Must read and practice
Unshakable awareness is a great read. The Total embodiment meditation thought in this book is very simple yet very effective and life transforming meditation technique. This meditation can be incorporated in daily life and you can do all the activities (Running, exercise, working, talking etc) in a meditative state. The vagal breathing and feeling primary sounds help me to relax instantly and deeply on stressful days (However, I practice them every day). The cold shower in the morning makes me instantly alert, calm and clear. Cold showers in the morning are a great start for your day and you can carry that energy all day long. The techniques in this book helped me to treat the challenges of everyday life as transformative opportunities for the brain to be more aware and calmer. You will be provided with a step by step workbook to measure the progress of your practice as well. I highly recommend this book as well as The Warriors mediation book to everyone and practice it everyday to embody awareness and eventually improve the quality of life

Unshakable awareness
I am truly grateful to find Richard’s teachings, it is a true blessing to us all. It is authentic and so genuine...This book gives some really powerful and useful tools in terms of how to sustain a higher level of consciousness. It is more practical than his other published books, along with the Unbound Soul, Inspirience and the Warrior’s meditation. I would highly recommend all his books. Easy to read and easy to take all in and it is just beyond words. Richard teaches Total Embodiment meditation, which is truly transforming my life, and enabling me to have a positive impact on my surroundings, it is much appreciated. Just embracing each moment and so grateful for it. Peace, love, appreciation and inspiration. I’m truly touched.

This book from a Japanese perspective is ok!
The Book was ok to read, not alot to gain from it!
