The media could not be loaded. Good product. Warms quickly, easy to use. Although a bit small as comapred to description photo it does the job of a facial steamer for home. There is a smaller attachment for steam inhalation which is helpful. Decent product for the price.

I gave it less stars because the cable is so short on the sauna , not all sockets are next to a surface where you can sit to use , it tipped off my table because the wire was so short , and the scolding water splashed on my leg and footThe steamer itself is good and easy to use but I think the short cable is real hazard unless( like I have to do ) use a extension cable which I don’t like to doLinda

I had dry eyed so thought ill try a face sauna after reading and searching glad I found this one. It made my skin feel really nice and fresh. It did help with my dry eyes.

I bought this steamer for the dry autumn. When I received the product, it looks good and starts up in under a minute. It is basically meet my expection. I tried to use distilled water and purified water, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the effect of distilled water would be better. It will make it easier for the skin to absorb moisture. But it's not that perfect, I always can’t control the direction of the steam. A indoor space would be suggested to use it.

This is the second one I buy and this time went with this model. I can say it's really easy to use. I only use the larger attachment so it can cover my whole face and then I do extractions manually. I don't recommend using the metal tools as they can damage the skin if used incorrectly. Take a paper tissue and extract with your fingers gently after steaming for 15 minutes.

Bought this for my dad . It's very easy to use and works perfectly.

The device seemed to work as described but then I've discovered a big problem! There are two possible settings for the temperature: the "middle" one doesn't allow to reach a good steam flow, the "high" one bring the water to boil making really hard to use the device. The only time I have tried to use it with the "high" temperature setting, it caused me a scalding of the whole mouth with finally caused me an inflammation of my facial nerve which was solved with one week of cortisone. So, in my opinion, this device is dangerous for the health!
