New Classic Furniture Tamarack Solid Wood Writing Desk with Drawer, White

I have been looking for a desk to work from home. I just wanted something simple but classy. This desk hit the mark. The drawer moves smoothly in and out. Great quality. Easy to assemble. Great price point. Very happy with my desk and would recommend to any one! It was very heavy. Recommend having two people carry it in and put it together close to where its final setup will be.

Well packed and arrived in great condition. Assembly is easy. Great value for money paid. Desk is very sturdy. One draw back....the underneath of the desk is a rough finish. For those who raise their chair to sit higher at the desk....the rough finish may be bothersome. Otherwise, this is a nice and sturdy desk.

The desk is beautiful. But it gave me asthma and congestion. From the new paint fumes. It does not have a really strong smell. But you can smell it through your home.

I absolute love this desk! I bought it for my spare room which is my office space. It’s a beautiful piece! Great quality. The drawer works nicely and is a great feature. The description states no assembly required, which I thought was odd. The legs do not come attached and were super easy to assemble.

I like the desk. It is sturdy, functional and looks nice in our coastal home. I am reviewing this, though, because I got a question about its size. Someone wanted to know if it would fit in a spot that is more like 43 3/4 wide. I tried to upload the pic there but couldn’t so I’m putting it here in case others have the same question. I only measured once at the front of the desk and it is VERY close to 44 inches — maybe 1/16th of an inch less — and that is if it is perfectly square. I didn’t check that. So if you don’t have at least 44 inches, it’s a no-go. Hope this helps! 😊

This product arrived in great condition and only needed the legs screwed in. With so many products now requiring hours of assembly, this was a welcome relief!

Great design that fits well for a home office. The packaging kept it protected very well during shipment. I’m using a wide screen monitor, mouse, keyboard and there’s still space for taking notes while on conference calls.

We bought this for our home office because we liked the color and the classic design. It's easy to assemble and mostly sturdy ... "mostly" because the drawer feels very flimsy, especially in comparison to the rest of the piece. The finish does show fingerprints which makes me wonder how well it will hold up to daily use with constantly moving the mouse and other components. Not bad for the price.
