Pretty much as advertized
I needed a very simple solution for a public AV system. I needed mixed microphone and HDMI switched video to drive a projector. I replace a capable but complicated solution that used a mixing board separate HDMI switch and amplifier. I just could not make the instructions simple enough to allow for most of my visitors to make use of the system without my help. I think this product will do the trick. The back panel Microphone seems allows me to preset the microphone level and leave it out of harms way. The main volume does not effect microphone volume. This works for me but may not be what you expect. The receiver sounds fine and largely operates as expected. As for the performance of the unit I have a few issues:1.) The gain on the system is somewhat limited. At full volume there is not a hint of distortion but the volume is a barely sufficient or my use. It may be capable of 120 watts per channel out of the mains but driven by a standard Blue Ray player or Direct TV receiver it is not LOUD in a 40x50 room.2.) There is a very slight 120 hz hum independent of volume on the mains. Not noticeable when in use but a little annoying when it is on and not playing.3.) Microphone input #3 will not work if the front panel mic inputs are turned all the way down. I would not have known this problem existed but I was trying to locate the source of the aforementioned hum.4.) Center channel volume gain insufficient. This is related to the first issue. My center channel speakers are significantly less efficient than the mains. I have to turn the mains down and leave the center to max to get it to balance. This would not be a big deal if there was plenty of overall gain.5.) the labels on the controls look like they will wear off quickly . Probably not a big deal under normal use but I have a lot of folks touching it daily.6.) It would be nice if it had the ability to assign names to the inputs as many modern amps have these days. I would like the panel to display what I have hooked up to HDMI 1, etc.

Cheap, but karaoke works great.
Cheap quality. Loud fan. The remote doesn't turn the unit on. Remote doesn't respond sometimes. The hdmi switch button works intermittently. That being said, karaoke feature works very well and there's no feedback on the mic. Very pleased with this, otherwise I would have asked for a refund.

Not bad
I hot one of these used for next to nothing so I'm not figuring the price. It feels very cheap. Much of this very very basic functioning. BUT it does have bluetooth and it was the simplest to pair and works beautifully in my shop from my phone. Also, the sound is actually very good despite the simplicity of it. I had to open it up to see because of light is was. Inside I found a moderately sized toroidal transformer which provides the impressive audio. While very simple inside it is also very well configured. Probably one of the neatest amplifiers I ever seen inside. Well designed. Again, it is a very to the point configuration without many options but I believe that's what they were going for. They had the capacity to go further but made it simple for a reason. As far as karaoke goes, I'll never use the mic inputs. Just got it for music.
