What? A slick picc sleeve that actually runs BIG?
I've been dependent on my central lines for over a year, and I'm an active wheelchair user. It is always crappy when my port acts up and I wind up having to get a piccline for awhile, as piccs + manual wheelchair use = daily aggravation. A good-fitting picc sleeve is essential.I'm also a fat lady, whose upper arms are pretty wide. Most sleeves run super small as compared to straight sizing, and just do more harm than good, so I wind up having to make my own sleeves, something I don't have the time or energy for anymore, as I've gotten sicker and am now TPN dependent. So I'm hooked into my PICC basically 24/7.So after reading some positive reviews and talking to a few friends (who are admittedly skinny) who have this type of picc sleeve, I decided to give it a try.At first I ordered the XL, assuming that sizes were going to run smaller than described on the website, which is generally the case with medical garments. Joke was on me as it was much too big. I was astounded. So I came back to the website, found my size, and ordered a size down, a large. It's pretty close in fit, but honestly I could probably wear a medium one and be more comfortable, as the large is still bunching up a bit and rolling at the top (not helped by the fact that my picc was placed nearly in my armpit, so my my sleeve has to go all the way up to my shoulder, and again, wheelchair user). The fabric is soft, washes well, and doesn't leave pressure marks on your arm. I bruise really easy as part of my medical condition, and most stronger elastics bruise me. This one does not. And the seams are well-crafted.While it's a little expensive, if you are going to have a picc line for the long haul, I highly recommend this sleeve. So much nicer looking than a cut-up old sock or crappy netting that doesn't even contain the extension tubes. And you'll feel better knowing that your sleeve is presentable and lightweight. It adds basically zero bulk to the arm, and it doesn't restrict your motion whatsoever. So you feel more like your picc-less self.

Comfortable, easy to use and offers great protection!
If you have a PICC, you need at least one of these. I was in between sizes for my measurement and I originally purchased an xs but decided to purchase a small as well. My intention was to return which ever didn’t fit as well but I decided to keep both. I prefer the small versus the extra small. I’m 5’3 and 115lbs. The small is a little longer than the xs and covers my picc dressing better. In the reviews. I noticed a lot of people mentioned sizing down due to it stretching out and falling down. I haven’t experienced this issue. I machine wash it every other day, if not every day. I’ve been wearing it just about 24/7. The only time I don’t is when I’m washing it. I’ll wear the xs during that time.I love this thing! It’s July and I live in a humid climate. It’s thin and breathable but still offers protection to not only my PICC tubing and hub but I feel as though it also protects my PICC line dressing. The dressing in the photo is 6 days old and is still completely in place. I’m an RN and I will forever recommend this Mighty Well PICC Perfect to any patient I come across with a PICC line.

SELLING USED MEDICAL PRODUCTS AS NEW!
This sleeve is the second I ordered. The first was entirely too small. The second was a large size. And also quite stretched out because it was very obviously USED! The picc line holes stretched open. The tag was even cut off! You have ZERO quality control! It is downright DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL to market MEDICAL ITEMS that are used as NEW! My friend already has an infection, it is why he needed the picc line, how DARE you sell a product that could have caused him to develop another!

Definitely not worth the money
I'm not going to lie at 1st I really love this sleeve it felt comfortable and fit perfectly and made have the PICC less annoying so I went to the manufacturer website to order more because they didn't have enough here on my size. Well after 2 days it start to slip and slide down because it had already stretched out. The instructions of care say that after 2 to 3 days wash and dry and everything would return back to original size that's a lie. It no longer fit nice and snugged like it did the 1st days. It keeps on sliding down and it's just annoying at this point and it creates anxiety because I worry the PICC line is going to get caught somewhere when I sleep because that's how bad the sleeve slides. I don't even move when I sleep, because I have to sleep on a recliner chair with 2 pillows on each arms so that I don't move at all and hurt my injuries. So if I don't move my arms at all during my sleep how does the sleeve slide down just imagine how annoying it is to wear this during the day when there is some type of arm movement. Definitely not worth the price, the soft fabric is nice for the 1st day but it's why it slides down. The fold to keep everything safe is a nice concept and it's the main reason why I really liked this in the beginning but definitely not doesn't stay up at all.

Doesn’t stay up.
We bought this in an effect to make my husband’s picc line dressing last longer. It came in a timely manner and it was easy to put on but it began to slip down within 24 hours. Which completely defeats the whole purpose of wearing it. We measured his arm and purchased the correct size according to their size chart. Maybe if you buy a smaller size it will stay up.

Order a size down
I followed the instructions when it came to measuring. Which told me to order a size XL. This size was too big. The armband kept slipping down my arm. I had to use an additional item to keep this in place. Otherwise it kept my picc line covered and clean. I would definitely order a size down next time. I know that there is a worry about compression. But this was so loose it wasn't even staying in place. I even washed it on hot to try to shrink it with no success.

Works very well
This sleeve makes it so easy to manage the PICC line extensions and keeps everything secure. If your size is in between, but the smaller size since over the past week it has started to stretch a bit.
