Excellent Product!
This is the best high-quality mung bean in the market, exactly as described on the website. It tastes very good. However, to get rid of the dark layer coating the beans fast, I rub the beans against each other between my palms in warm/hot water (105 - 110 F) 2-4 times depending on how clear the water you prefer to see. After soaking the beans in warm water for 10-12 hours, I replace the water with fresh warm water and soak them for another 10-12 hours. After soaking for about 20-24 hours, the water is clear and colorless. For having high-quality beans like this product, it is well worth the money and the effort. I am making the mung bean drink, not bean sprouts. Best of all, as shown in the picture, the product is from Australia. I strongly recommend this product.
