Read someone else's review and decided to give it a try. I had already heard and read about pine pollen on other websites and was considering purchasing some for stress relief and energy increase. I have been taking the product for 3 weeks now. And this product has no known side effects on me.Pro.Definitely increase my energy and I am feeling good. It in no way changed anything about my eating habits or anything and I got great results. I also noticed my digestion, eyesight, memory and insomnia had a marked improvement.Cons.The recommended dosage given by seller is not clear. My best recommendation is to start with a lower dosage to start than you think. For some, even as little as 1/4 teaspoon can work wonders. I eventually worked up to 1 tablespoon a day and it seems to work well.Will definitely order more products in the future!

Great for prostate concerns

Gives me more energy throughout the day. It does taper off and I do tend to "crash" around 6pm. So it works for about 12 hours. Other than the increased energy I didn't notice any other changes.
