It refers to the curing process that produces a durable product with no chemical by products. In addition to this premium silicone, Cestari products all meet LFGB standards - which are the European requirements that test for 164 more chemicals than FDA standards require. It costs about 20% more than ordinary food grade silicone.

Does this popper contain PVC or any other fillers ?

It would be illegal to sell it as a popper if it did.

The mold was designed by Cestari here in the U.S., and the popper is manufactured for us exclusively in Donguan, China, using premium grade silicone that means European food safety standards. We spend 20-30% more to meet European standards than if we used silicone which just satisfied the FDA requirements. I have personally visited the factory. Susan
