With this tea it increases your milk supply if your having trouble and will have you dripping milk everywhere it works very much good

I’m really happy with this lactation tea! It's helped me increase my milk supply, and I love the soothing, calming flavor. The ingredients seem to be working well for me, and I appreciate that it's all natural. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that the taste can be a bit bitter at times, and I wish it came in a bigger package so I wouldn't have to reorder as often. Overall, it's a great product that's definitely helped me with breastfeeding, and I'd recommend it to other moms. 4/5 stars!

Worked wonders. I started taking this at 32 weeks pregnant. I did experience some escalated heartburn after drinking this tea, but I was already experiencing heartburn from the pregnancy. I was very pleased with the taste and more importantly, I experienced no tears during delivery.

I bought this tea while pregnant because many people in a Facebook group recommended it, claiming it helps with labor. In my personal experience, that wasn’t the case — I didn’t notice any difference or special effects from drinking it regularly.When the tea arrived, I was concerned it might be fake because the box and tea bags looked different than I expected. After checking online, I learned it was just their new eco-friendly packaging.As a big tea drinker, I find the quality of this tea just average. One thing to note: if the water is too hot, the tea tends to leave a lot of dark residue floating in the cup and settling at the bottom. Using hot — but not boiling — water helps reduce that.Overall, I didn’t enjoy the taste or experience enough to recommend it. It’s okay, but not something I’d buy again.

Love this tea! I’m a huge tea person and I was worried this wouldn’t taste good. This tea tastes good with a little bit of honey. It also helped increased my milk supply in 48 hours. Recommend buying if your milk supply is running low.
