Mailed to you straight from China.I had two pairs of these three years ago and they were terrific! Great sound, snaggle free cable, comfortable. Eventually I broke one pair (entirely my fault) and lost the second. I used them for two years.I wanted to replace them and, after a while off the market, the E300s were available again.I bought two pairs and the sound is still good but the quality control and construction is awful. The red part that supports the speaker came detached from the black housing on both sides (I glued them back). The black housing where is routes the cable then broke on one side, finally, the black housing on the other side just sheared in to two pieces. The first pair lasted for three weeks. I then switched to the second pair and the red and black pieces detached after two days. I'm just going to throw them away because I know where this is leading.Too bad, they used to be excellent.

These were a Christmas Gift for my honey. He wears them at night when he listens to his NPR app and falls asleep. Has no problems and says they are really clear and comfy. Great Product.

I'd easily give these 5 stars for the sound quality, but they don't fit in my ears. I've used the smallest bud (I don't know what to call those rubber things), but they ALWAYS pop out of one of my ears. I'm not sure what to do because I really like them but it's super annoying to keep having to push it back in.

Sound quality is about what you'd expect in this price range. While they look nice, they broke after less than a month of use on my way to/from work.

Left ear bud stopped working about 2/3 months in, and then the whole bud popped out of the socket. Other than that they were great. 3/5.

Earbud piece detached from the base exposing the wires inside within a few weeks of owning.

It was a fine pair of earbuds until it broke within a week of use.

Good Sound, didn't last long.I barely used my pair but was initially very happy. Just yesterday, any contact, twist, or bending of the cord near the headphone male jack started increasing the volume and/or pausing the music, as if the in-line remote was malfunctioning. Obviously, this basically renders them useless, and I've contacted the company for a replacement (won't hold my breath though, since this seems like a TINY company in China with barely a functioning website). No warranty info is listed on Amazon, mind you.I really wish that wasn't the case, because I love the fit and sound of these. At $20 they were a steal if they'd only work properly.
