Easy to move in
I purchased this for martial arts and it blocks attacks very well and I can move in it easily. Needed to make only slight movement adjustments for up-close combat.

Flexible!
I really like how flexible it is. The previous plastron I had was very hard and difficult to move in. This one is much easier to move in and at times feels like I'm not wearing it. It is a little difficult to get on and keep in place though. Otherwise I feel protecting.
