I really like this item, it fit well and feels comfortable. I weight around 190 lbs and ordered a 2XL, which suited me well. There are only two things I would change about this product:The first is the top cinch, it was too loose for me. On the bottom cinch I have to connect it at it's widest point; I'm about 36 inches in circumference at this point. However, I have to use the smallest cinch to get a good fit at the top; ironically I'm about 37 inches in circumference near the top cinch.I'm currently working on losing weight, which means that I will soon be able to cinch this vest tighter around my middle. However, there is no way for me to tighten the top any further. This is a problem for me.So the first change I would make is to shortening the upper strap so that it cinches tighter and is more proportional to the bottom cinch.The second change is the color. I am not a fan of "nude/beige/skin" colors. While they may work if one is light skinned and wearing a similarly colored bra, they don't really work the rest of the time. Not only is it a slap in the face to anyone who has darker or even lighter skin tones, it also clashes with all other colored bras. I would like to see a black colored vest, which will go better with the majority of my bras, which are also black. And if you must continue to do "skin" tone colors, please include more than just one, such as tan, brown, dark brown. Also a plain white would be nice to see, since it would go well with lighter colored bras and undershirts. After all the more color options you offer the larger your client base will become.Well that's my 2 cents worth, hope these suggestions produce some positive results.

This product was comfortable, well made, soft, and provided a light level of support. For my particular issues, I need it to be an inch or two longer, but it did provide nice support to the upper back. For reference, I'm about 5'4", 124 lbs., bra size 32DD and ordered a small. It fit well, but I could stand it a bit tighter for greater rib support (and longer). I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

First thing I noticed when I put it on was that the "chest" strap came up really high: I put my fingers flat, starting right at the bottom of that 'dip' in my throat and that strap reached up to 2 fingers' width. So only a high necked shirt, like a man's crew neck would cover it, seriously limiting use. I tried tucking the strap ends under my bra strap but 1) won't stay and 2) the side supports pulled back, negating the point for reducing "side boob". But it was comfortable and silhouette looked great in tshirt so figured I'd try anyway. Wore 2 hours with constant irritation in the bottom center band from the fabric patch the hooks attach to; tried stuffing tissues against my skin as buffer but relief didn't last. Then I turned it inside out and tried again; fabric still raised red welts. Summary: if you have remotely sensitive skin...and/or want to wear a v-neck or even scoop neck (normal, not deep) this isn't for you.

I had a BL & BA a month ago and needed a bra to help push them in during healing. This is perfect & actually does offer support in the sides to push inward. Only thing I’d change is the strap across the top is really high & can be seen easily unless your shirt is up to your neck. I’ve never had this problem with other bras that had a strap across the top

The top fastener is too high, so it won't work with most lower neck shirts

This is very effective on the back compression I need.

I’m a 3xl but I reordered a 2xl. The 3xl fit great but it wasn’t as tight as I wanted it to be. If you like everything picked up but not too tight order your normal size.
