Great ideas throughout- do not like the behavioural strategy of turning your toddler away- could be detrimental. All other advice sound.

Got a fussy eater? Don't know why? This American book is well worth reading. It covers all sorts of problems and how to deal with them. I found it very informative and easy to follow.

This book is fantastic as a health professional it helped me understand food sensory issues better and offer a better package of support to parents of fussy eaters

Really dislike the behaviour strategies suggested. Some of the theory is interesting. The actual food chaining chapter is just common sense really and I thought there would be more to it. Disappointed.
