Dimension 9 Personalized Solar Flashing Keychain - Antonio (10116)

This is an incredible item for anyone! This was a gift for a friend in Grade 5, for a Christmas add-on gift! I would absolutely recommend these to anyone, they are available in different names; and, they light up, if they are used on regular keys for coming into a locked house at night, it will light the way. They are high quality, I was surprised, good strong plastic, that won't break easily, and, steel loop. This is also filled with endless ideas for any Child or Teen use of a key chain, as well, sports bag closure, book-bag, pencil case, and, can be taken off and interchanged on another item, anytime!

I purchased this as a gift for a coworker and they loved it.The 4 star rating is because it didn't quite match what I expected by the description.If you are expecting the unit to light up you may be disappointed. The display appears to consist of a solar cell with the design on it, in front of the solar cell is an LCD panel that turns black and blocks the view of the design. In low light the LCD panel stays clear and the design is visible, in medium to bright light the LCD turns on and off causing the device to alternate (flash) between the design and black.

It’s ok - not white/clear as pictured, the plastic is a dull yellow - difficult to read, disappointed

Update: Dimension 9 contacted me and made sure I got the correct spelling of the name. Now that I have the correct product, it is an excellent product. It flashes the name on and off, and I do not need to worry about the battery running out since it is solar powered. I have this key chain in 4 different names now, and am very happy with the quality of all of them. My original problem had nothing to do with the actual product, just Amazon's poor labeling in their warehouse causing me to receive the wrong spelling of the name.Original Review:Three times I have had this replaced because the name did not come as described. I ordered Rachel, and received "Rachael". The first time I simply returned it, then contacted customer service and was assured that they would let the fulfillment center know that there is a problem. So I ordered it a second time, and once again received the incorrect spelling. This time I contacted customer service before returning to see if I could place a replacement order (for some reason it only offered return and the price was higher). Once again I was assured that I would get the correct name. I was even told this time that somehow I note would be sent with the order for them to check the name before sending it out. And yet again, the wrong name (no, I was not surprised). I am very disappointed as I ordered more than one name for my different kids, and this is the only one that arrived wrong and I am not sure what to do now that I can't get one for each child.(The tiny tag that they go by when fulfilling the order does say "Rachel", even though you can clearly see that is not what the key chain is flashing.)

This was just to complete a necessary 25 dollar cart purchase and I left it outside but MAN, it flashes and is still flashing even after having sat outside through several storms. If I ever meet anyone named Leslie I guess I know what to get her for a keychain lol

Nothing like the picture - picture shows white background with name clearly displayed. Came with nearly black background - can barely read the name. Not happy - will probably call for a refund.

I ordered 3 of these and they all say "Rachael" not 'Rachel" as pictured. I gave them a chance and tried to reorder thinking maybe they made a human mistake and grabbed it out of the wrong bin or something.... they were wrong the second time too. Disappointing for sure

DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE, LOW QUALITY, LETTERS ARE NOT BRIGHT AT ALL. WOULD HAVE RETURNED BUT BY THE TIME I GOT AROUND TO IT I PASSED THE DEADLINE.
