- Due to sanitary reasons, all masks are final sale and cannot be returned. Our adult size design is based on standard size face masks. One size fits most. Due to coronavirus, all the international parcels sent at the carrier facility in HAYWARD, California which then takes 10 days to be processed through customs inspection. As for the tracking, USPS tracking ends at California, but the parcel is processing and on its way. If you don't receive your order after 3 weeks, we will refund you.
