These dimensions are the top size. The top is 23 5/8" x 13 5/16". The unit drops down into the counter top 3". I put a 240 volt unit in my kitchen and like it so much that I put the identical unit except 120 volt version into my tiny house.

Can I plug it in to an outlet?

Why does it say E once i click tempature

I’m not home, but I think it says E when there is not a pan on the burner.
