Love for home use to clean chicken

the only thing i didn't like about the plucker is that there is no on/off switch

Takes a 10-15 minute job of plucking and turns it into a 1 minute job. As we raise our own chickens for meat, its a life saver, and we rent it out to friends and neighbors if they need it as well. Pretty tough little machine. Only real complaint is the surface protecting plastic wrap should have been taken off before assembly. Getting it all off is impossible at this point. This issue will not cause problems with use, but I expect my expensive machines to look nice too.

Plucker worked well... We do about 30-50 birds twice a year. Chickens-perfect in 15-30 seconds pending scald. Ducks- took two turns and still required some work. Turkeys- plucker was undersized for turkeys, the feathers collected between the tub and spinning plate and needed additional cleaning. It had a few sharp corners on the underside to be careful of when cleaning. Wheels would be a good addition as well as an on/off switch. I would purchase again.

This product is really good, although not all clean, but is also acceptable range. It is better than I used other brands.
