So this may sound cocky or whatever but I'm in good shape fitness wise, which is the reason why I was looking at getting this product to make the workout fill like a workout.Glad to say it does work been using this for months now and I do fill a bit better on my fitness, the only and I mean the only problem I have with this product is you have to take the mask off in order to have a drink.That's the only problem I have with it but then I'm using it for much longer than 20 mins or so they recommend, you do get some weird/funny looks when you go for a run but then again in their defense they probably think Bain of Batman is out for a run or something.If you want to get in better shape I can see this doing the trick but you will get funny looks so as long as you don't mind that then this product is for you.

Very controllable breathing valve. This mask, hopefully, will help reduce long term blood pressure rather like the RESPerate device.

So I just tried it out today on my bike and oh my God it makes a difference and it’s great that you can adjust the settings as you go along highly recommend buying one

Works grate and come early

This item is superb , and very good quality. I know it came a bit late but it was all worth the wait .
