Great Product
Quite a nice product for storing glasses after you've run out of cabinet space. The quilting, zipper, and cardboard inserts are all well up to the task, and assembly was very easy. The cardboard inserts are a smooth cardboard, with a nice finish to it (i.e., it's not a rough or corrugated cardboard). The way the cardboard interlocks when it is assembled, and the nice snug fit when the assembled cardboard dividers are slipped into the zippered quilted case, make for a sturdy assembly that I would not hesitate to stack on top of one another once filled with glasses. To those complaining about this product, or other similar products, not being sturdy enough for a move, please be realistic and stop bashing products for not performing well for tasks they were never intended to do. These are not advertised as moving products -- they are simply a safe way to store unused glasses, each in its own compartment, to prevent them from bumping into each other and potentially chipping the glass. Any mover will tell you that the only SAFE way to move is to individually wrap each glass with paper, and then put them into a sturdy box where they are prevented from moving around.

Nice and Sturdy!
I bought this thinking well it would hopefully work to store many of my glasses while not in use (small kitchen). For the price, I am very pleased with how sturdy this container is. Frankly after reading the other reviews about this being made out of cardboard, I was skeptical. However, the cardboard is very thick and sturdy. I was also hoping that my martini glasses may fit in here but they don't so I suppose that's why they have a separate one for martini glasses.Would I buy this again? Definitely! It's strong enough that I feel comfortable not putting it in another box to protect the glasses more- which was the purpose of buying this product. It's also a lot cheaper than making it on your own (which is what I was going to do).

Inexpensive, OK for household storage, not for transport of stemware outside the house.
These are lightweight storage containers for household stemware storage. The container is fabric with divider inserts and bottom reinforcement made of a thin cardboard that does not provide much substantial structure to the container. The container has a zipper for closure and there is a place to insert a label to identify the contents. The container does tend to bend a little when it is filled and carried and there is no protection for the stemware on the top other than the container fabric and the top edge of the cardboard stemware dividers. There are also no handles on these containers so care must be taken when they are carried or moved. I would not recommend these containers for packing and moving or transport of stemware outside the house. That being said, the containers are inexpensive and just what I needed to keep my stemware clean and stored away until the next holiday gathering.

Perfects for our needs
We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to empty our cabinets. I have several miscellaneous wine glasses—four champagne flutes, red wine glasses, and even some specialty “hurricane“ glasses we got on a cruise. I was hoping that the Richards Homewares Micro Fiber Deluxe Twelve Section Stemware Chest-Grey would be able to hold my rag-tag collection of glassware and it was!I am no puzzle builder, but the cardboard inserts were clearly labeled on the instructions and I was able to put everything together in one try! You don’t know how difficult that can be for me, especially with unclear instructions. But for the average person, it’s quite easy to assemble. Each space was very generous. As a matter of fact, I was able to put two champagne flutes in one space. I wouldn’t do this for moving or long-term storage; this was just for a few weeks, although with some foam padding between the doubled-up stemware it might work for longer term needs. The hurricane glasses fit very well—no space issues. As we put our kitchen back together, we are assessing what goes back in the cabinets. Some of these may not make the cut. As long as in the end, each piece of glassware has its own section, I have confidence in this storage system. If I need additional spaces, I will definitely purchase this again.

Very nice wine glass storage
This storage case is very nice. I ordered it to protect a set of Lenox crystal glassware that I inherited from my parents. The case is very solid and sturdy. Zipper works nicely, inside is soft and well padded. I like that it has a little label so I can tell what's what. I also like that this company makes other matching products. I have a few of the other pieces in this collection and they are all very nice. Great products!

Perfect for my Good Stemware
I purchased 4 of these to store my Mikasa stemware. The order arrived promptly. I was very pleased with the quality of the storage pieces. They assembled easily and held all 12 - 4 piece glassware set. I have 12 of each of the following: water, red wine, white wine and champagne glass. They all fit nicely in the cases and will pack away nicely.

Not the sturdiest cardboard in the world but sturdy enough for the purpose
Came quickly. Provided just the storage I was looking for, for a set of Christmas-themed tumblers. Not the sturdiest cardboard in the world but sturdy enough for the purpose. I had no qualms about placing a box of candles on top of it in storage.

I needed to store some extra red wine glasses, that were fairly tall. This storage chest fit my needs perfectly. The cardboard liner was "finished" on the edges and made the chest fairly sturdy. I could handle it by the corner edge and it still protected the glasses well. I had considered other chests on Amazon that were sturdier, but did not zip closed. I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with this one.Great value for the price.
