Yes these little hair screws work well. My bun stayed very well secured all day. It took only a few tries to master the placement of the pins. The most difficult part for me is removing the pins. I found I needed to be very patient and untwist the pins completely before pulling them out. If I rushed it created a very tangled mess. So patience is the key to using them successfully. If you wear a bun frequently they are a good purchase.

Easy to use and holds thick and curly hair while using only 2 or 3 pins. No "hair headaches", you get from other hair pins when trying to make your hair look fabulous.

These are terrible! They are ‘spin’ pins yes, but unlike the real ones these snag and pull and will not come out of your hair. An absolute waste of money. Into the trash they go.

Cheap and nasty, no where near as good as others that I have purchased. They also have little sharp metal pieces still on them
